Dr. Kuo Hsien-Wen has completed his PhD at the age of 30 years from Taiwan University and worked as visiting scholar at UC Berkeley. He is the professor in National Yang-Ming University and he has published more than 200 papers in reputed international and domestic journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.

Dr. Christine M. Fray-Aiken

University of Technology

Dr. Christine Fray-Aiken is a Registered Nutritionist and Biochemist. She is an Associate Professor at the University of Technology, Jamaica. She has a PhD in Nutrition from the University of the West Indies. She is a founding member of the Jamaica Association of Professionals in Nutrition and Dietetics (JAPINAD) and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).

Prof. Yimin Zhu

Yimin Zhu is a Professor, vice director of Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics, School of Public Health, Zhejiang University. His major research interests include molecular epidemiology, genetic susceptibility, epigenetics and metabonomics in obesity, metabolic syndrome. He has published more than 150 papers in scientific journals.

Raffaele Pilla

Raffaele Pilla, Pharm.D., Ph.D., Doctor Europaeus, received his Master’s degree in Pharmacy at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy in 2005, where he also served internships at the Cell Physiology Laboratory and Molecular Biology Laboratory. Prior, he was an Erasmus Student at Faculté de Pharmacie de Reims in Reims, France. He received his Doctor Europaeus in 2010 from Pitié-Salpétrière Institute in Paris, France. Also in 2010, he received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Physiology, and Pathology of Muscle at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy
